Why Morrgary

Three things a floor kit must get right

Material, installation and durability — the three points that decide whether an upgraded cabin floor feels factory-fitted or aftermarket.

A genuine wood core

The main panel is aluminium–wood–aluminium, hot-pressed in a single cycle: aluminum sheets above and below a real 6–7 mm solid wood core. Not a printed film, not a veneer, not recycled plastic — a cross-section shows the actual wood. At equal thickness it is around 59% lighter than a conventional panel.

Hidden-track installation

A fourth-generation integrated aluminum track sits on the underside of the panels, so nothing is visible after installation. No drilling, no cutting, no removal of the original floor — the panels align and lay in place, and the original interior stays intact.

Diamond-Rock wear surface

A pressed wear layer rated to 16,000 revolutions — roughly five times a typical UV-printed surface (about 3,000). Daily use, luggage and shoes leave less trace, and the pressed grain keeps a tactile depth a flat print cannot match.

Detail Engineering

The parts you notice every day

Edge trims, footrests, track covers and aerodynamic sills — the small components that separate a factory-look installation from an obvious add-on.

Core Craft

One panel, three layers, one press cycle

The core panel is produced in our own plant in Nanxun, Huzhou — a region known as one of China’s wood flooring capitals. Hot pressing, surface finishing and laser cutting all happen in-house, which is what keeps the fit accurate and the quality consistent.

FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

What exactly is a MORRGARY floor kit?
A MORRGARY kit is a custom-fit wooden floor set for a specific electric vehicle pattern. A full kit covers up to seven components: the floor panels, floor mats, transition bridge, footrest, welcome sill, the hidden aluminum track, and a trunk floor panel. Every pattern is developed from 3D scan data of the original vehicle floor, so panels follow the original contours rather than a universal shape.
Is the core of the panel really wood?
Yes. The main panel is an aluminium–wood–aluminium composite, hot-pressed in a single cycle: an aluminum sheet on top, a genuine solid wood core of 6–7 mm in the middle, and an aluminum sheet below. The core is real wood — not a printed film, not a veneer, and not recycled plastic. When you cut through a panel, you can see the actual wood core in the cross-section.
Which car models do you support?
We currently produce kits for 13 developed vehicle patterns, including the AITO M9 (our most requested pattern), AITO M8, LUXEED V9, ZEEKR 9X / 009 / 8X, NIO ES8 / ES9, LI AUTO L9 / i8, LEAPMOTOR D19, VOYAH Taishan X8 and IM LS8. We only list patterns that are fully developed and in production — every model shown on this site is available to order.
How is the kit installed — do I need to remove the original floor?
No. The kit uses a fourth-generation integrated hidden track: all tracks and fittings are mounted on the underside of the panels, so nothing is visible from above once installed. Installation does not require removing the original floor or drilling into the body — the panels are aligned and laid in place, and the original interior stays intact.
