What a MORRGARY kit is made of — panel, track and trim in one finish code
Every kit is built on the same architecture: three-layer pressed panels, a hidden aluminium track and trim pieces that close the edges. This page shows the layer build-up, the component list and exploded views of three representative kits. For the fitting sequence, see installation.
Layer Build-Up
Aluminium, real wood, aluminium — pressed as one panel
The core is not a printed film or a veneer on plastic. A genuine 6–7 mm solid wood core sits between an upper and a lower aluminium sheet and is hot-pressed in a single cycle, so the wood is stabilised between two metal skins.

Kit Components
Up to seven components, one finish code
Every part is cut for the same vehicle pattern and finished in the same coded finish, so the cabin, sills and trunk read as one floor.

| Floor panels | The walking surface. Lay in on the track; the outline follows the scanned cabin floor. |
| Floor mats | Sit on top of the panels, matched to the original mat positions. |
| Transition bridge | Covers the joint between panel edge and original interior at door sills and seat rails. |
| Welcome sill | Metal-look trim along the panel edge — the piece that removes the “add-on” look. |
| Footrest | Custom-shaped, same finish, fitted in place of the original footrest. |
| Hidden aluminum track | Fourth-generation integrated track on the panel underside; replaces loose clips. |
| Trunk floor panel | Optional cargo-area panel in the same finish, laid the same way. |
